He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Moore and Betty L. Moore (Shields); and his sister Betty Miller of Middletown. He is survived by: his wife Helen T. Moore (Reinhard); his daughter Jennifer Moore; and his sisters, Constance Price of Camp Hill and Linda Moore of Modesto, CA. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; an aunt; an uncle; and cousins.
