He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert Keys, Sr. and Elizabeth Keys (Brown); his brother James Gilbert Keys, Jr.; and his son Craig "C. S.". He is survived by: his wife Eleanor A. Keys (Hurst); his children, Richard L. (Debra) of Lafayette, IN, James R. (Sheila) of New Kensington, PA, Tracy Eugene (Jenny) of Las Vegas, NV, Steven (Vicki) of Charlotte, NC, Eric Leroy (Natasha) of Tucson, AZ, Deborah Jackson of Harrisburg and Stephanie M. Keys of Exton, PA; his siblings, Elizabeth Keys Williams of Harrisburg and Albert Sinclair Keys (Dolores); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Alice Chivis Keys of Harrisburg, Catherine Hurst Finley of Harrisburg, Audrey Hurst Splawn of Harrisburg and Marie "Peggy" Chivis (Ronnie) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Covid 19 guidelines will be observed with masks and six foot distancing for all attendees.
