She was predeceased by: her parents, William K Winslow and Elizabeth J. Winslow (Newell); her husband Harold Bruce Owens; and her siblings, Donna Woodring, Garnett Taylor, Walter, Bruce and James Winslow.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Shrubb of Royersford and Mark Shrubb of Lancaster; her stepchildren, Mark Owens of Ocala, FL and Stephanie Gigous of York Springs; her siblings, Gary Winslow of Benezette, William Winslow of Albuquerque, NM, Kathy Agosti of Hickory, Rena Chileski (Andy) of Byrnedale and Janice Wright of Weedville; and her pet Meadow. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
