She was predeceased by: her parents, Roosevelt Houston Sr. and Catherine Watson; her husband Robert McClendon Jr.; her brother Roosevelt Greene Houston Jr.; her sons, Don E. McClendon and James E. McClendon; her daughters-in-law, Rosalee Johnson McClendon and Tina M. McClendon; her grandchild Taraja Williams; and her great grandchildren, Exie Jameson Jr. and Zyaire McClendon.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy L. McClendon of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Margarette McClendon of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Darlene D. McClendon of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Robert McClendon III (Patricia), Orville V. McClendon of Steelton, Pennsylvania and Thomas T. McClendon of Harrisburg; and her stepson Dana Burnett of Minneapolis, Minnesota.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, 25 great-great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
