He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Navarro and Cesarea Gutiersez Navarro. He is survived by: his wife Consuelo Espinoza Hernandez Navarro; his children, Juan M. Navarro (Giorgina) of Oberlin, Paul J. Navarro (Joanne) of Middletown, Hector J. Navarro (Bo) of Fort Myers, FL, Maria R. Navarro-Estright of Harrisburg, Grace Navarro of Steelton, Patricia M. Navarro of Durango and Guadalupe Palovitz Rados (Bill) of Berlin, MD; his sisters, Aurora of Mexico and Maria Luisa Navarro of Mexico; his grandchildren, Paul W., Marco, Nick, Angelica, Juan, Pablo, Fernando, Jose Navarro, Kristin Estright, Delaney and Andrew Palovitz; and his great grandchildren, Jude, Beau, Emily, Jacob Navarro and Evryn Kennedy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a cousins.
