He is survived by: his wife Janice L. Gumpher (Hall); his children, Michael E. Williams (Wendy) and Michele M. Williams; his grandchildren, Alissa B. Williams (Todd S. Henderson, Jr.) and Brooke L. Troutman; his great grandchildren, Olivia S. Williams, Harper G. Williams, Beau W. Rider, Nova G. Rider and Jaxon A. Rider; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Mlynek and Debbie Gumpher. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
