He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie H. Broadnax, Sr. and Mary Helen Galloway Thomas. He is survived by: his daughters, Nia Lloyd of Harrisburg and Dorothy of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Thelma L. Williams of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Donald Prather of Mesa and Charlie H. Broadnax, Jr. of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
