He was predeceased by: his parents, George Williams and Emma Hart Williams; and his siblings, Grace Wormley, George Williams, Jr. and Gerald Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Carter Williams of Harrisburg, PA; his daughter Kelly Blackwell; his grandson Korey Gilbert Blackwell; and his siblings, Grover Williams of Katy, TX, Gloria Robinson, Geraldine White of Dallas, TX, Gertrude Burrell, Geneva Senior of Hamden, CT and Gladys Hobson of New Haven, CT. He is also survived by nieces nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Major H. Winfield Funeral Home (704 N Front St, Steelton, PA 17113). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
