She was predeceased by : her parents, James Gibson and Eolia Gray Jordan; her husband James Nelson "Buddy" Saunders, Sr.; and her son James "Jimmy" Saunders, Jr.. She is survived by : her daughter Karen "Kandi" Saunders. She is also survived by her four grandsons; her eight great grandchildren; her six great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
