She was predeceased by : her parents, James Fountain and Judith Fountain; her husband William Mays; and her siblings, James, Kenneth Fountain, Marjorie Fountain and Judith C. Hill.
She is survived by : her children, Rhonda and Ronald Mays; her grandchildren, Arica Broadus, Jhan and Walter Machado; her great grandchildren, Arianna, Alanna, Annalise, Anthony and Anilah; and her sister Jessie Fordham. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
