He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie B. Braxton and William Alfred Grigsby. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Braxton; and his children, Wendy Hawkins (Winston), Robin Hanna, Shawn Hanna and Tameka Braxton. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren; his eleven great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
