She was predeceased by: her parents, Corene Miller (Bullock) and Barney Miller; her sister Geraldine Baltimore; her children, Swanson "Socks" Brown, Darrell Coleman, Edward R. Coleman, James Coleman III, Linda Landrum Glasgow and Adrieene R. Ritter; and her grandchildren, Tarajay Davis and Sodea Ann Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Coleman of Harrisburg and Angela Coleman of San Francisco, California; her aunt Gwendolyn Brooks; her uncle Raymond Bullock, Sr.; and her children-in-law, Sharon "Sherri" Brown, Annette Coleman, Yolanda Coleman, Delores C. McArthur and Timothy Ritter. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
