She is survived by: her siblings, John Mounds, Jr. and Joyce Mounds Anderson; her husband Lawrence Menefee; her children, Denita Menefee-McFarland (James), Amy Menefee Longs (James), Blair Davis and Todd Anthony Menefee; and her siblings, Norma Littleton, Carol Headen and Ross Mounds (Linda). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Fannie's life will be celebrated beginning with a public viewing on Monday, May 4 in the Sanctuary of her Church, 20 Locust St., Steelton from 9:00 until 11:00 a. m. Covid 19 guidelines will be observed with masks and six foot distancing for all attendees.
