He is survived by : his mother Sharon Rideout; his children, Sharay Porter, Sharon "Mommy" Batte, Sha'Quala "Tinky" Batte, Kylie Batte, Andre "Wookie" Batte, Jaydon Batte and D'Quan Malseed; his grandchildren, Ne'Sani "NuNu" Alsbrooks, Abdul Gaston, Jr., Amari Gaston, Armoni Gaston, Kase'on Hood and Sh'Quann Alsbrooks, Jr.; his siblings, Shawn Batte (Danielle), Justin Porter (Monica) and Angie Urrutia Yellock (Robert); his uncle James Batte; his son-in-law Sh'Quann Alsbrooks, Sr.; and his goddaughter Shaqual'a Swanson-Sawyer. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
