She is survived by : her husband John Michael Cunningham of Asper, PA.; her daughters, Tasha Long and Wanda Madden; her stepdaughters, Amy Mitchell (William), Laura Cosden and Kristy Eiker (Ryan); her siblings, Gayle Oakley (Douglas), Barbara Evans and Charles Evans (Nancy); and her stepsiblings, Valerie Evans, Lawrence Evans Middletown, Glenn and Jeff Evans of New Jersey.
