He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Ort and Florence N. Ort (Shenck); his siblings, Herman W., Clarence E., Charles E., Donald R., Ronald L., Dale L. Ort, Dorothy M. and Joanne R. Ort; and his pet Mattie.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Ort (Stepp); his siblings, Clayton B. Ort (Iris) of York Haven, PA, Barry D. Ort (Sherry) and Pauline Y. Schaefer (Elwood) of York, PA; and his sister-in-law Grace Matlock (Ronald Keyton) of Harrisburg, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
