He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Malinak and Anna M. Benkovic Malinak. He is survived by: his siblings, Frances M. Zerance of Enhaut, Gertrude L. Salinger of Steelton and Donald E. Malinak of Lock Haven. He is also survived by 8 nephews and 2 nieces.
