She is survived by: her children, Jeannette Cornish of Paterson, NJ, Elizabeth Carter of Harrisburg, PA, Sharon Johnson of Acworth, GA, Judith Boampong of Austell, GA and Gregory Carter of Norfolk, VA; her niece Cheryl Johnson of Pikestown, MD; and her siblings-in-law, Faye Carter of Steelton, PA, Pam Carter, Jane Tinsley and George Tinsley of Charlottesville, VA. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren and twelve great-great-grandchildren.
