He was predeceased by: his parents, Zolan C. Harbaugh and Evelyn Harbaugh (Baker); his sons, Dave Harbaugh and Denny Harbaugh; and his siblings, Mary, Roy, Nancy and Darlene.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Harbaugh (Black); his children, Deb Shuck (Steve) of State Line, Donna Koster of Waynesboro, Mike Harbaugh of Waynesboro and Scott Harbaugh of State Line; his daughters-in-law, Bessie Harbaugh of Florida and Regina Harbaugh of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Michael, Corinne, Courtney, Whitney, Rachel, Sequoia and Oakli; his stepgrandchildren, Corey, Jennifer, Jessica and Jaclyn; his great grandchildren, Dante, Talia, Malachi, Zoe and DaMyia; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jacob, Logan and Reagan; and his siblings, Linda Hoskins of Florida, Kenneth Harbaugh (Bonnie) of Quincy, PA and Janet Bynecker of Fairfield, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
