He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Bingaman. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Hornbaker Bingaman; his sons, Robert Lee Bingaman (Patricia) of State Line, PA and Rodney A. Bingaman (Madeline) of Lock Haven, PA; his granddaughter Haley I. Bingaman (Nicolas) of Waynesboro, PA; his stepgrandchildren, Curtis and Linda Bowers; and his sister-in-law Carolyn W. Bingaman.
