He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred W. Bell and Marie Bell of Greensburg, PA.; his wife Betty L. Bell; and his siblings, Fred W. Bell, Jr. and Betty Bell Agerton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Roberta L. Bell of Waynesboro, PA and Jenny M. Bell of Fayetteville, PA.; and his brother James W. Bell of North Carolina.
