He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Joseph Baker and Mildred Baker; his daughter Kendra Lucille Swope; his sister Lorraine Robertson; and his brothers-in-law, Butch Peters and Maury Robertson.
He is survived by: his significant other Nelda Baker; his daughters, Tammy Brown (Greg) and Lisa Growden (Rick); his grandchildren, Kelly Ring (Paul), Tara Bockstanz (Stefan), Travis Brown (Jen), Tanner Brown (Jenna), Mandi Spickler (Jason), Tyler Growden, Hailee Longacre (AJ) and Noah Growden (Crystal); his great grandchildren, Abbi, Chloe Bockstanz, Grady, Julia, Westin Brown, Luke, Jake Ring, Daphne, Joel, Calvin, Phoebe Longacre, Luca Growden and Camden Hancock; and his sisters, Glenda Baker and Mary Jean Peters.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
