He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen T. Borne of Greencastle, PA and Lewis E. Borne Jr. of Hagerstown, MD.. He is survived by: his daughter Carrie E. Snyder of Clear Spring, MD; his son-in-law Rodney E. Snyder Jr.; and his grandsons, Zayden A. Ganley and Flynn A. Snyder.
