He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Lyle and Bertha Lyle (Gross); his son David A. Lyle; and his siblings, Ken Lyle, Anna Foster, Charlotte Witmer, Naomi Alderton and Sarah Appleton.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Weaver; his children, Barry M. Lyle (Stefanie) of St. Joseph, MO and Susan L. Long (Michael) of Osceola Mills; his grandchildren, Brett Lyle, Jesse Lyle, Abby Lyle, Linda Long and Rebekah Long; and his great grandchild Vincent Lyle.
