He is survived by: his wife Chris; his son Seth; his siblings, Kathy Palmer, Mary Ann Ploucha, Tom Palmer (Ann) and Mark Palmer (Susan); and his siblings-in-law, Katherine Reichert, Kurt Reichert (Angela) and Carl Reichert (Anita). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Spring Creek chapter of Trout Unlimited (where Bill was an active member), to another conservation association of your choosing, or to a local food bank.
