It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Sopper of State College, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 28, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Sopper and Elizabeth Sopper; his siblings, Jean Metz of Baltimore, MD and Gloria Tkach of Bethlehem, PA.; his wife Marie Louise Bachman; his daughters, Donna Thomas (Bob), Connie Gilbert (Allen) and Kathy Moore (Dave); and his grandchildren, Laura Neel (Caleb), Julia Thomas, Kristin Zhang (Ruiqi), Nicole Regan (Kevin), Brittany Klebold (Collin), Andrew Moore, Faith Moore, Matt Moore (Lexi) and Joy Moore. He was also cherished by nine great-grandchildren.
