Violet McLane Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet McLane of State College, Pennsylvania, born in Shiocton, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Sylvester and Effie Schroeder Sylvester; her sons, David McLane and Rogers McLane; and her siblings, Emery, Harold Sylvester, Mary Ellen Critton and Alice Marquis.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Haack (Harvey) of State College and James McLane (Eliza Hayes) of Petersburg; her daughters-in-law, Annette McLane of Washington, DC and Paulette McLane of Stormstown; her sister-in-law Edith Sylvester of Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Curren, Christopher and Heather; and her great grandchildren, Keeghan, Hayden and Lachlan.
