He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas P. Foley and Roberta Taylor Foley; and his sister Suzanne Foley of Charlottesville, Virginia.. He is survived by: his wife Charlet Cullen Foley of Pittsburgh; and his children, W. Cullen Van Brunt (Laura-Lee) of Toronto, Ontario, Teran Milligan (Ian) of Toronto and Thomas W. Foley (Christina) of State College, PA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Celebration of Life service will take place this summer in Pittsburgh, pending Covid-19 restrictions.
