He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael C. York and Margaret M. York (Lapos); his siblings, Michael, John, Frank, Margaret Dolena and Anne Polivka; and his brother-in-law Michael Bober.
He is survived by: his wife Mary York (Bober); his siblings, Cecilia (Francis Krajcir) of Allentown, PA and Charles (Maria Pilar) of Richmond, VA; and his brother-in-law John Bober (Lorraine). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
