He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Collins and Anita M. Collins (Lewis). He is survived by: his spouse Ramone S. "Mona" Stewart; his children, Thomas J. Collins (Diane) of State College and Marta J. Borsh (Ron) of Dunedin, FL; his grandchildren, Graham (Veronica), Thomas (Michelle), Kyle (Chelsea), Tamara (Adam), Elizabeth (Jess) and Phillip; and his great grandchildren, Madeleine, Olive, Ruby, Clementine, Piper, Wells, Ignatius and Maggie. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids, or great grandkids.
