With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Alan Payne of State College, Pennsylvania, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 11, 2021 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Marcus and Ruby Ballard Payne; and his wife Margie Price. He is survived by: his son Christopher Marc-Alan Payne (Maria) of Piteå, Sweden; his sister Carolyn Wise of Atlanta, GA; and his grandchildren, Emilia Joy and Christopher Lukas Payne.
