He is survived by: his wife Sara Willoughby-Herb; his daughters, Annie Zannetti (Mike) and Maggie Herb (Jim Gates); his granddaughter Sylvia Zannetti; his brothers, Paul Herb and David Herb; his uncle Raymond Herb; his nephew Daniel Herb; and his nieces, Allison Herb, Rachel Winterstine and Caitlin Herb.
