He was predeceased by: his parents, Steryl E. Grove and Betty Lockhart; and his siblings, Linda Scerbo and Harold "Bill" Grove. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Peter Swistock III) of Port Matilda and Steryl C. "Bumper" Grove (Olga) of State College; his grandchildren, Christopher "CJ" Grove, Peter Swistock IV, Grayson Swistock and Emily Grove; and his sister Sharon Goss (John) of Port Matilda.
