Sherry Hemman Hogan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2021, at the age of 69, Sherry Hemman Hogan (State College, Pennsylvania), born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert J. E. and Shirley J. Hemman; her daughter Shannon Hogan; her daughter-in-law Alyssa Hogan; her grandson Fletcher Hogan of Philadelphia, PA; her sisters, Joan Heron of Flint, MI and Patti Koelle (Peter) of Lemont, PA; her nieces and nephews, Bob Hemman III (Sherry) of State College, PA, Mike Hemman of Bridgeville, PA, Rachel Meyer-Herron (Jim) of Belmont, MA, Hannah Wong (Ken) of Bartlett, IL, Kate Jones (Brad) of Timonium, MD and Dave Koelle (Kristy) of Boalsburg, PA.; her great-niece Ashley; her great-nephews, Michael, Noah, Dorian, Alex, Gabriel, Adam, Benjamin, Charlie, Camden and Max; and her siblings, Leigh Hemman Bennett and Bob Hemman II (Frank Pipik).
With covid raging and severe restrictions on visitation at nursing homes, Shannon, Alyssa, and Fletcher chose to take Sherry into their home and provide hospice care there.
