He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mullen and Evelyn Mullen (Forejt); and his brother Daniel Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Scotti Mullen (Spalvins); his children, Anda Nichols (Jonathan) of Williamsport, Jaclyn Bergstrom (Joseph) of Siesta Key, FL and John Mullen (Diana) of King; his grandchildren, Darling of Siesta Key, FL, Duke of Siesta Key, FL, Kayleigh of Siesta Key, FL, Joseph Bergstrom of Siesta Key, FL, Ava, Jack Nichols of Williamsport, Kaley Taroski of King, Kaden of King and Isabelle Mullen of King; and his sister Phyllis Caletri of Mount Pleasant.
