He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Carnahan and Sarah Thompson (Kells); his son Dow E. Carnahan; and his brothers, Harry and Keith Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Jean Carnahan (Graham); his children, Jill C. Plafcan (Dean) and Tim A. Carnahan (Karen); his grandchildren, Samuel, Steven Plafcan, Lauren and Claire Carnahan; and his sisters, Gayle Loney and Ellajane Malik. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
