He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul W. Lowery and Helen L. Lowery; his brother Dr. Paul E. Lowery; his sister-in-law Dr. Patricia A. Lowery (Paul A. Lowery) of State College, PA; and his close friend Christy. He was also cherished by his many cousins and friends.
