He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph O. Barnes and Edith G. Barnes (Miller); and his sister Wanda Bogert. He is survived by: his wife Nancy K. Barnes (Howell); his children, Terri K. Barnes of State College, Kathy Boonie (Kevin) of Huntingdon and Kevin Barnes (Valerie) of Pleasant Gap; and his sister Joann Wolfe of Boalsburg. He is also survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Ralph's name may be made to Centre Crossings Hospice, 2437 Commercial Blvd., State College, PA 16801.
