He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile Pierre Roy, Sr. and Katherine Roy of Virginia; his wife Mary Theis Roy; and his brother Donald Roy. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Roy (Rick Dennis) and Dr. E. Pierre Roy III (Margaret); his grandchildren, David Dennis (Shannon), E. Pierre Roy IV (Amber), John Roy (Shelly), Michael Roy (Marta), Matthew Roy (Helen), Anne Marie Haley (Spencer) and Rachel Dum (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Rylie, Hunter Dennis, Eliana, Claire, Luke, Emma, Rosalynn, Samuel, Elijah, Mary Helen Roy and Reginald Joseph Haley; and his niece Kathleen Roy Recce.
