With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis J. (Showers) King of State College, Pennsylvania, born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 7, 2022 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Showers and Mary Showers (Fishburn); her husband Gilbert E. King; and her siblings, Clarence Showers, Georgianna Stamm Sabin, Louise Baney and Edna Annabelle Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah S. Reif (Denny) of Huntingdon and Brian D. King (Terri) of State College; her grandchildren, Jeremiah A. Reif of Huntingdon, Jessica L. Walsh (Jonathan) of Moyock, NC, Kamaria Cravener of State College, Cassandra Rhoades of State College and Rachael Rhoades of State College; her great grandchild Colton A. Walsh of Moyock, NC; and her sister-in-law Joanne King of Bellefonte.
