He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Arthur Cochrane and Joan Margaret Cochrane (Coppard); and his son Andrew Mark Cochrane. He is survived by: his children, Rev. Philip J Cochrane, Jr. (Sharon) of Mauldin, SC, David Cochrane (Patti) of Boalsburg, PA, Elizabeth McCord (Rick) of Coudersport, PA and Ruth Seifer (Scott) of Altoona, PA.; his grandchildren, Andrew Cochrane (Kayla), Jonathan Cochrane (Jessica), Adam Cochrane (Lindsey), Danielle Seifer, Rachael Cochrane, Jessica Nickol (Aaron) and Richard McCord; his great grandchildren, Camden, Kylie, Samuel, Scarlett and Katherine; his sister Joan Cochrane Watkins (England) of Bournemouth; his sister-in-law Jean Hollows of Stockport, England.; and his pet Bentley.
