He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry P. Montminy of Smith's Pie Company and Marjorie Montminy (Smith); and his brothers, John Montminy and Richard Montminy. He is survived by: his significant other Janet Montminy (Manning); his children, Peter Montminy (Mary) of Centre Hall, PA, Tom Montminy (Terry) of Falmouth, MA, Deb Woodson (Joe) of Cheshire, CT and Pat Erickson (Andrew) of Rock Hill, SC.; his grandchildren, Jen Krempa, Sarah Brown (Nate), Kevin Montminy (Alicia), Hannah Montminy, Giselle Montminy, Henry Montminy, Brigitte Montminy, Erin Woodson, Kelli Woodson, Kenneth Erickson (Rachel), Dana Erickson and William Erickson; his great grandchildren, Johannes Krempa, Thisbe Krempa, Isaac Brown, Silas Brown, Antoinette Montminy and Kaden Montminy; his sister Phyllis Kilpatrick; and his siblings-in-law, Anne Montminy, Susan Shores and John Manning (Lydia Graves).
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Haky/Georgiana Centre County Funeral Home (1034 Benner Pike, State College, PA 16801). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Centre County Memorial Park (1032 Benner Pike, State College, PA 16801).
