It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma C. Webb of State College, Pennsylvania, born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce M. Verrier Jr. and Dorothy A. Abram; and her husband Daniel "Danny" Webb. She is survived by: her daughter Terri Stamm of North Carolina; her sisters, Nikki M. Bressler (Kenneth) of Loganton and Susan J. Holbrook of Lock Haven; and her nieces and nephews, David Meyer, Wendy Hockenberry, Michael Bressler, Dr. Jacquelyn Martin and Timothy Bressler.
