She is survived by: her children, Judith Sweigard (Keith) of Horsham, PA, Michael Kavanaugh (Ann) of Solon, OH, William Kavanaugh (Susan) of Lawrenceville, GA, Eileen Miller (Mark) of San Francisco, CA and Mark Kavanaugh (Catherine) of Pennington, NJ.; her grandchildren, Brian (Erica), Olivia, Ethan Sweigard, Matthew (Lauren), Isaac Sweigard, Neil Sweigard (Kelsey), Kara Szafraniec (Stephen), Colleen Kavanaugh, Andrew Kavanaugh and Hope (Clete); her great grandchildren, Dylan, Mackenzie Pickett, Kasey Puckett (Joshua), Charlotte Kavanaugh and Declan Kavanaugh Nora; her parents, William S. Maloney and Loretta Maloney (Casey); and her husband Dr. John F. Kavanaugh (Jack).
