She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mitchell and Eleanor Watkins Mitchell; her daughter Margaret Wagner; and her brothers, James and Steven Mitchell.
She is survived by: her husband Donald J. Cook; her children, Martha D. Ney of State College, Tom Cook (Fay) of State College, Ellie Cook Chapman of Boalsburg and William Cook (Carol) of Cranberry Township; and her son-in-law Mike Wagner of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
