Higgins and Virginia Gaylord Higgins of State College, PA.; her significant other Jim Dooley; and her children, Anne Ikeda (Bruce), James J Dooley III, Peter Dooley (Colleen), Megan Dooley McKenna (Sean) and Brian Dooley (Lisa). She was also cherished by her 5 children, their spouses, 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and incredibly supportive nieces and nephews as well as lifelong friends.
