The memory of Nancy G. Toepfer of State College, Pennsylvania, born in Monticello, Iowa, who passed away on August 5, 2024 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arch Grimes and Elvera Johnson Grimes; her husband Kenneth H. Toepfer of Charles City, IA; and her sisters, Janis Kurz and Rebecca Stearns.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Permut (Howard) of Scarborough, NY, Elizabeth Toepfer-Hendey (Dan) of State College and Mary Dolce (Paul) of Fort Collins, CO; her brother Tom Grimes (Maureen) of Boalsburg, PA; her grandchildren, Sam Permut, Sarah Permut and Anna Hendey; and her niece Jan Filiaggi (Bob) of State College. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
