She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Horner and Mary Horner (Hyde); and her sister Frances Middlebrooks (Horner). She is survived by: her children, Janice Hess (Carl), Chip (Evelyn) and Kenneth (Olena). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and two nieces and a nephew.
