He is survived by: his wife Sue Smith; and his children, Dr. Lori Bond (Steven) of Palo Alto, CA, Beth Illingworth (Paul Greene) of Kinderhook, NY, Todd Illingworth (Kimberly) of State College, Brian Illingworth of Monroe, ME, Dawn Taillon (Michael) of Manchester, NH and Brice Illingworth (Marion) of Tyrone. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
