He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Musser and Betty "Bollinger" Musser; and his siblings, Gary Musser, Doris Eckenroth and Annie Bollinger.
He is survived by: his wife Diane L. Miller; his daughter Angel Musser; his nephew Greg Kephart (Diane); his siblings, James Musser of Orlando, FL, Judy Hetrick of Lock Haven, Carrie Lewis of Linglestown and Mary Fogleman of Linglestown; and his grandchildren, Dylan and Kylee Wierbowski.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Steven R. Neff Funeral Home (120 W Main St, Millheim, PA 16854-0437). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Contributions in Luther's memory may be given to the American Cancer Society.
